The company employs about 30 people.<br /> <br /> The operations will be taken over on April 1 and it will continue in the current location in Viimsi, Estonia.<br /> <br /> "The acquisition is made to broaden AQ Lasertool's capabilities in sheet metal production and to gain competence in metal finishing processes for the automotive industry.
